At CicloSport.Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not fully happy, we offer a 10-day return window with a 5-day refund processing period to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

Return Policy (10 Days)

If you wish to return an item, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please note the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Some items, such as final sale or clearance items, are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at Support@ciclosport.store within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, item details, and reason for return.

Return Shipping

Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Refund Policy (5 Days)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Refund Confirmation

You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed. Please allow 5-7 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return first and place a new order for the desired product.
